I'm a fun loving, easy going kiwi girl who, lets be honest, is a bit of an introvert, but couch surfing brings out my social side so that has to be a good thing! My favourite thing in the world to do is sit in a sunny kitchen on a quiet morning, drinking tea and reading a good book.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

When I travel, I want to really get a feel for the place by meeting the local people and experiencing life through their eyes. Whether it's certain ways of doing things in the kitchen, how they hang with their friends, how they take their tea, and of course getting the inside scoop of the place that no guide book or website could ever come close to. My couch surfing experiences have added such a depth to previous trips that I can't think of traveling any other way. When I'm a surfer, I take VERY short showers and I like to bring ingredients for a fabulous meal and hopefully cook up a storm with my host =-).
