CURRENT MISSION

No travels planned at the moment! We have just bought a house so will need to learn what a hammer and nails are. Finding fun tramping and mountain biking trips must always form part of my mission statement too.

ABOUT ME

My last trip was a three month trip to South America in 2010. Travelling with my partner Kirsten, we learnt some Spanish before we left and benefited enormously from the experience. Returning to Wellington and enjoying this wonderful city is my next step. I have spent close to three years on my "big overseas experience", working in London and travelling to places as diverse as Windsor Castle in England and the northern areas of Pakistan. I am someone who loves sitting down with a cup of tea or a beer and discussing people or politics until the early hours - then struggling to make the 8am bus to work in the morning.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Some friends of mine have been heavily involved with CS, which gave me the idea to join. Over the past couple of years I have hosted many people in my Wellington flat. I'm hoping to actually do some couchsurfing now.
