I try to balance work and life, with a heavy preference towards life.

I like to play in the mountains (ski, climb, tramp) or move around the hills (walking, running, biking) and sometimes chill out and do nothing.

I love fine wines and great food and always try local specialties.

My son my dog and my chicken live with me - and sometimes other friends or adventure buddies...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted many people over the years (even before couch surfing was a social movement) and went couchsurfing for the first time a couple of years ago. I've hosted quite a few people at home now and have made some great friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is simply a brilliant concept - my early experiences were generally fantastic! But more lately, I have noticed a real change of culture and more and more couchsurfers are less interested in an interchange of experiences and more interested in free accommodation.
