About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy life and learn as much as possible!
ABOUT ME
I am an easy-going guy from Norway with a passion for nature, sports, animals and people. I love to travel and discover the world's hidden (and obvious) gems. Currently I'm new to couchsurfing, but I'm hoping to have a lot more to do with it from now on!
PHILOSOPHY
Not religious, but I enjoy pondering the mysteries of life with a smile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Since I am currently traveling, I'm just a surfer trying to soak up as many first-hand culture and people experiences I can, but I'm very interested in hosting when I get back home.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None! Very excited for my first stay, I'm sure it will be awesome.
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a very strong passion for movies, music and books. I love LOTR, Harry Potter, Dan Brown's books and many more (I tend to become quite the bookworm whenever I have spare time). When I can, I also see at least one movie a day. Favorites include Peter Jackson's movies (LOTR, the Hobbit etc), but I watch all genres. I love listening to rock and heavy metal, but I have a wide variety of interests within the music world and can play many instruments.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Me and my girlfriend saved a stray kitten in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. We searched all over the internet before we found a shelter, and then all over the outer part of KL before we found the place. After a while (it's a long story), we got the shelter to take care of the kitten and donated the rest of our cash (at the time we didn't remember that we had to get back to the hostel afterwards, lol). Best money spent on a happy ending!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have been a member of the Red Cross since I was 12, and I could teach you a bit about not letting others die. You know.
I have also practiced Taekwondo for a little more than 10 years, and I'm definitely willing to share some moves.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Austria, Bolivia, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Peru, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United States
