ABOUT ME

Not being under the constant paranoia of what painting or paper is due next week, is a first ever in my life. I have been in Valencia since the beginning of November, escaping the real life while simultaneously expanding it with new experiences and people.

I am extremely honest (most people say I take things to the next level,)..I live for awkward situations, anything is probably better with something awkward in it, otherwise its just mundane..Anything to do with music, film or art: I love. I paint (right now landscapes) and have dabbled in photography, but I think I will just stick with my digital everyday photos. I travel as much as I can, and in the past four years that has held true.

Bacon and watermelon both hold a battle for my favorite food ever.

PHILOSOPHY

I feel that there is always the possibility for something better. Those who feel stuck and incapable of doing something out there, just need to get up and go. There is nothing holding anyone back except themselves.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now its just coffee or drink type of thing, and the status is not going to change when I get back to the U S of A. But at least when I return to New York it will give me the chance to embrace the randomness and fantastic situtations..

Participating in couchsurfing can show me yet another side to the intense culture of New York, while being able to offer the same thing for you foreigners and travelers out there..who want a REAL new york experience (obviously including touristy spots too)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing made me realize that the artistic side of Valencia was hiding out here..

Five months with out an intense intellectual conversation made me (and my education) feel super useless and nonexistent. If i had diverged into the couch surfing world even a month earlier, I definitely would have met amazing people..

Learn: Currently studying french, but I want to be fluent in french and spanish in the future. (Oh, and I would love to learn how to play the drums!)
