ABOUT ME

I like to think that I'm a down-to-earth idealist, if that's possible. I'm constantly inspired by the people around me and the little discoveries of everyday life. An avid film lover and a student of film, I'll be the first to drag you to the newest quirky indie movie, as long as you're curious about it too. But that doesn't mean I spend all my time in dark theaters; there's nothing better than a summer hike or a frisbee game on the beach. I grew up on the coast and probably would get depressed if I didn't see the ocean often, but I also thrive in busy cities where the lights and the people shine. A good book or a new album will make me almost as giddy as a great conversation, so I look forward to meeting other Couch Surfers!

Life isn't a film, but that doesn't meant that life can't inspire films, and vice versa.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CouchSurfers, friends of friends and my own travels continue to broaden the network of people I've met so that it is super international, and I'm always surprised at how quickly deep my conversations are with CSers. Plus some life CS highlights: looking over snowy Helsinki from the top of the Torni tower and seeing Dany Boon shoot his newest film in Brittany.
