Having spent three by-the-river-cycling/ale-drinking/friends-making years in Newcastle (UK), we have moved to Münster in search of new adventures. We are UK-renown experts in CS-hosting making you comfy since ~2009 (under different profiles).

Having been almost run over by a bike 6 times in the first 24hrs of our stay in Münster we quickly learned the proper Westphalian way of life. Cycling between beer-gardens along the Promenade and grilling on Aasee are some of our favourite local lifestyle features so far.

We're Polish but haven't permanently lived in that country for over 5 years. Our bodies are in Germany, souls still partially in England, and some dusty but happy memories torn apart between Turkey and Spain. But we don't really care as long as we can keep a good healthy mix of positive people around us, wherever we are.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Both of us knew CS before we've decided to have a profile together (seemed like a huge thing back then, but eeey, we're married now).

We hosted and were hosted in several countries, together or seperately.
While sightseeing Spain and Italy, we noticed how difficult it is to find a couch when travelling as a couple. That's why we've dedicated our couch to couples. If your travelling party equals 2 people, you can count on preferential treatment from our side:)

We made some of our best friends via CouchSurfing - they got so comfortable they don't even send couch-requests any more...

We also are/were organising monthly CS meetings in Münster which always have a good mix of travellers and locals (so feel free to join, whoever you are).

Interesses

When we stop to argue for a while, we like cinema, good food, fancy cocktails, silly dress parties or a random discussion over a bottle of wine; we do _some_ lindy hop, enjoy _some_ sports, and generally like spending time in a novel and active way. We're up for almost anything, unless we'd done it before (in which case we're probably up for it anyway).
