About Me

Also known as KK. I majored my studies in Theatrical Lighting, my hobby is both photography & Videography.

I stay in far east of Singapore, Tampines.
it is about 15 mins drive from Changi Airport.

I am a freelancer, so my timing are both flexible and inflexible. Usually I start work at 9am to 11pm yet there would be times my work starts at 9pm or 11pm, it's hard to say as it is base on whatever project I'm on.

Most of the Singaporean stay with their family/parents. housing here isn't cheap and not allowed to buy one as Single till we reached 35 Years old. Apart from that, being a freelancer I don't host often as I'm staying with my parents and hardly home. So i meet people when I'm free but my family comes first due to my work timing, as I barely spend time with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before I came into CS, I was travelling alone to my friend's country and stayed over for a week then I got addicted to it as there were so many thing I enjoy such as meeting new people and learning individual life and culture.

The typical mainstream of Singapore tour attraction are expensive, some are worthy yet also up to your interests. However, I am also a really thrifty person, so I usually eat simple cheap and good food. I do know some cheap places to chill.

I can show or recommend you some of the places to go to or even bring you to JB (Malaysia) to eat some local food. Why JB and not in SG? because for the price we pay it is at least 2-3 times cheaper there and taste the same and doesn't require much time to travel there (non-peak period).

I have some CS friends, if I can't host you i can try getting my friend to show you around when available.

Till date I have yet to host anyone from CS either I have tried surfing. I have only met up people from CS in other countries. But I wish to Host and Surf one day. However I have been to some CS activities. if you're interested we can always go together when you're in SG. it is usually happen on Thursday night.

Maybe this may help with our communication
