I am an ordinary girl from the Czech Republic but with an extraordinary passion for traveling, exploring and meeting new people. I started to study abroad when I was 17 and haven't stopped since. It seemed like the perfect combination of getting good education while satisfying my wanderlust. I spent my junior year of high school in the US and I am doing my bachelor's degree in Ireland; however, I am currently finishing a year abroad in China. Who knows where my master's degree takes me?

I'm a newbie in the couchsurfing world but I am planning to change that this summer when I am traveling Taiwan with a friend. Even though I have never done couchsurfing myself, the most amazing travel stories always come from engaging with the locals and counchsurfing provides the best way to get to know a place from the local perspective. Not to mention the amazing friends you make along!
