To find very convincing scientific evidence of the importance of sleep and then throw away my alarm

ABOUT ME

I'm a PhD student interested in two of the best activities in the world: sleeping and cognition. I don't just research those, but I also try to practice them as much as I can. Actually, there is another great activity: laughing, which always helps me in getting through the most difficult situations. I'm a very open-minded person and a sensation seeker, passionate about experiencing new things, exploring new places, cultures, ideas, foods, many kinds of adventures. And I try to experience these things in depth as a whole. I'm very highly motivated in my work as well, which might interfere sometimes with the sensation-seeking plans. I usually think a lot, sometimes too much, which is annoying at the moment as it took me ages to update my profile.

PHILOSOPHY

Never be bored. Best coping strategy with difficulties is humour.
