Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed couches when I was traveling through the USA in September 2012 and later in Spain.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, CouchSurfing was a great experience! I met a bunch of great people and had a lot of fun!

I want to see and do as much as I can; I want to make the most out of my life. My wish is to travel around the world one day. I find people fascinating and I like making new friends from all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like reading so the list of my favourite books is pretty long. Here are just some of them: Norwegian Wood from Haruki Murakami. The name of the rose from Umberto Ecco, La sombra del viento from Carlos Ruiz Zafon, Life of Pi from Yann Martel and many more.
I love good music so the genre is not really important to me.
With movies it depends on the mood I'm in, I can always watch a good comedy though. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most touching moment was when I saw a baby come into this world during my medical rotation. The most amazing place on earth I've seen is a hidden beach on island Hvar in Croatia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you to cook something good, cause I really like doing that. I can also explain or discuss a lot about science and medicine and teach you how to play volleyball.
I like learning new stuff and there's so much to be learned! From scuba diving, wind surfing and salsa dancing to painting, sewing and speaking Russian.
