About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see, smell, taste, and soak in Europe. Also planning a tour of my Cabaret show in 2011 so hoping to research and find appropriate venues
ABOUT ME
Hey there,
I have decided to become an official couch surfer because I guess I've enjoyed doing it on a much more unofficial basis all of my adult life, both as a host as well as a surfer. My favourite element of travel is meeting locals and getting into the heart of their lives. I have transferred this same love into my tours over the last 4 years, staying with both friends, friends of friends and strangers all over Australia.
I consider myself friendly, fun, responsible, aware of my surroundings, interesting and most importantly of all, worth meeting.
PHILOSOPHY
I think the most important trait that we can possess as humans is conpassion and empathy for others. I believe that if you are aware of those around you and how they are feeling, then you can be a good person. I also believe firmly that life is not a spectator sport and I rarely say no to new experiences and meeting new people, even if we never meet again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Happy to have a cuppa/bevvy with anyone coming to Melbs. Share with a flatty who's not into the idea of actually hosting at present so can't offer my couch I'm sorry.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I've surfed a couch in Krakow and a blow-up bed in Edinburgh. Both experiences have been fabulous!!
