ABOUT ME
My friends say I'm an open-minded, tolerant person, and it can be thanks to that travelling always played an important role in my life. It gave me a hand with my profession: architecture as well. Not only could I visit several interesting buildings, but also get to know and understand people using them.
In the last few years I travelled around Europe, I had the chance to spend half year in Finland and I visited Southeast Asia for more than one month. During these journeys the most interesting and memorable parts were when I could get in contact with local people somehow, both hitchhiking and couchsurfing are a really good way to do so, and I could get a glance at their thinking and life-style. You just need a common language. In Asia it was mainly miming and drawing, but one of my most surrealistic experiences was when I rented a motorbike in Laos and the owner seeing my passport answered to me in my native language: Hungarian. He was so happy to be able to practice a language he hadn't spoken for 25 years that he invited us to be his guests for the next day. I'm still waiting for that one day he will be able to visit back to Hungary with his family, and I can offer them a big couch and cook a special Hungarian dinner. :)
Interests
I love to dance, people say that I have a special style :), but I just feel the music and let my body move. I've started to learn to dance tango, in which you need to be intensely sensitive and trustful with your partner, and I enjoyed it quite much but I still have a lot to learn.
I'm a hobby-photographer, it's a good game for me to discover details and contrasts all around.
I play ultimate frisbee with my friends and I run regularly to be fit for a half-marathon or even for a marathon once. :)
