About Me
I'm a happy and curious person who loves exploring the world by visiting new cities, connecting with nature or meeting new people. I've always loved traveling and as soon as I finished school I went out on a two year long trip after which I came back to start uni. I've studied mathematics and physics for three years, recently travelled for 6 months in China with my wonderful boyfriend and now we just moved to Stockolm and are creating a new life for us here. Currently working with maps and infrastructure projects.
I'm an odd mix between a thinker and a doer who gets along with most people. I love listening to other peoples thoughts and passions and maybe foremost their ideas of reality and their place in it. I'm a quite academic and facts-loving person who love doing a lot of stuff, such as sports, lots of different kinds of art or just hanging out. I like spending time outdoors aswell as I like strolling around a museum all day. I love dancing and is just as keen for a night out as I am for staying home and cosy-ing up in the couch.
My diet is vegan (omni-freegan) and am very interested in environmental issues - but I find most things interesting and just want to learn about life, myself and the world!
If you request to stay with me, please answer one of these questions: What in life makes you feel the most passionate? What would you say is the most important thing in life? What makes something real?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because people are awesome
Interests
I love sharp perspectives, a strong sense of empathy together with an analytical mind and a will to discuss and debate. I quickly get bored of small talk. I like when people are open, genuine, curious and passionate. I like when people share their interests, perspectives, and vulnerabilities. I like depth. Life is complex and I love to embrace that complexity.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading -mostly books on the popular science books about anything from natural sciences to personality psychology. I love dystopic books and book who challenge my way of thinking about my life and our time.
I don't watch much movies. When I do it's usually to give my mind a break rather than challenging it.
Music used to have a big part of my life but it's been slowly disapering. I'm pretty in to ambient electronic music and if that doesn't suit the moment I can go up-bet, usually still electronic. I'm still drawn to music with strong lyrics and if those lyrics are good enough I can listen to anything from metal to singer-song writers.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The moments that leave me awestruck are those euphoria moments of realising how beautiful and incredible everything in the world is.
Spendning a night on a deserted beach watching the sun go down and then up again and the moon wander over the starry skies. Or when people go out of their way to help you without any personal gain.
