English Teacher on the JET program in southern Kyushu. Love my small town and all the traveling I've been doing in Japan and around Asia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to the couchsurfing community, but have been already doing what it stands for for quite a while. I have friends around the world that I've met through the international community of my university and through my travels, and I love the knowledge and adventures all these people have shared with me.

Can't choose one. Sitting in a natural hotspring, in Manciano, Italy after a home cooked meal in an Italian villa, Summer 2010. Climbing half dome in Yosemite National Park in my home state and taking in the few from 10,000 feet, Summer 2010. Indian food with hostel friends in London, Xmas 2010. Sipping local wine on the gorgeous coastline in Cinque Terra Spring 2011. Watching snowfall in Daejeon, South Korea, Xmas 2012. Popping champagne as fireworks shoot from the top of Taipei 101, New Years 2013. Watching the sun set in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, Spring 2013.
