Overview
About Me
My partner and I welcome like-minded traveling souls in our apartment in the centre of Zürich.
Loose cannons, introverts, lost souls, high-achievers, vagabonds and jet-setters are welcome. The only real criteria for staying with us are the ability to think critically, radical open-mindedness, and respect (this last point is particularly important as we're both workers with busy schedules... and a clean apartment!)
More biographically: I make films and teach filmmaking and research methods to architecture students at a university. I'm half Greek / Mexican, grew up in Chile and the US, studied in England and Denmark, and here I am now in Switzerland. I'm trying to learn several 'new' languages at once, but subliminally. It's going very slowly.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For the past few years I have a notion that traveling is not about physically moving, but about perceiving things differently. I'm interested both to explore the planet, while also expanding my perception of the the world and other people. As I'm sure you know if you are reading this, Couchsurfing is a great facilitator!
