ABOUT ME

I have been living and working in a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Woodstock New York for the last 6 months. Before that I was living at our family farm just outside of Wichita Kansas. I enjoy planting things, especially things that you can eat, and building things. Just to specify for hosts, I am vegetarian and mostly vegan 😋

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am interested in meeting new people that are open to sharing their culture with others. I have hosted friends of friends at my house before and lived in a house with 5 roommates.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled a fair amount so far in my life. I enjoy staying in peoples homes when I can because you get a better feel for a place then staying in a Hotel. I took a class in Guatemala where I lived with a family for 3 days and it was a great experience. I am looking for more chances to mix with other cultures in this way.
