ABOUT ME

Hospitality and good cooking ;-) I enjoy to create a good meal, searching for quality food - especially vegetarian stuff. Curius about learning new things in life. A light temper with lots of humour.

PHILOSOPHY

I think the meaning of life is to learn how to enjoy life at this very moment.... To "create" gives meaning personally and in all relations.... Developing deep human knowledge so we will be able to "see" more than the surface of people.... And every day should bring moments of laugh....

Interests

My big passion is dancing. At the moment it is learning tango in Buenos Aires. Dancing makes me feel alive more than other sportcultures i ever tried.
Through my entire life I have allways been curius about learning through the body. Not only for practicing different kind of sports, but also for developing the speciel knowledge that flows in the body.

Two years ago I began "winterbathing". It gives me a feeling of being new born - my mind gets quiet and peaceful - its like beeing "cleaned" for all struggles.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like spanish-talking movies very much - the passion and humor desribed in peoples everyday life.
I enjoy books that entrail "magic realism". Especially the triology of the canadian author Guy Gavriel Kay inspired me a lot.

I often join concerts - I nearly like all kinds of music - minus heavy metal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being close to nature always gives me astonishing moments - trekking or skiing in Norway - just spending many hours watching the horisont - saving inner pictures of the sea, the mountains, green fields. Last summer I spend my holyday at the edge of the world so to speak - the amacing Atlantic Ocean at the shores of Western Ireland. Steep rocky paths close to the thunder breaking wawes - its like you are dragged into the black hole. It was an amacing challenge to climb the Burren and feel the old spirituel mentality.
