About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Touring from Japan to Africa!...but for some reason, now I'm on the way back to Budapest.
ABOUT ME
I'm a motorbike tourist from Japan!
Traveling not by a car but by a moto, somehow this is natural for me.
I love my home country Japan, especially nature and culture.
However, at the moment, the Japanese society is not very comfortable for the people who love to live in freedom. The other hand, such conservativeness of the society keeps Japan as what Japan is... antinomy :(
So I travel, and am always looking for right place to live ! (and still traveling, never ending...???)
And I like cooking, I can be your personal cooker :)
PHILOSOPHY
I think too much, but I can't make my thought into words correctly...
I'm too confused to express my thought, I totally am a disable person about it.
So I write story instead of writing essay.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Mostly I surf, the reason why is I'm on a long journey at the moment.
So I can't offer a couch to stay...well, if you don't mind, I can offer you 0.6 square meters in my touring tent!
And, if we have time, just having a coffee or BEER with other travelers would be nice.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
First time of my CS was in Italy. Maurizio was the first host. He was good funny Italian, we both like motorbike very much as well.
Now I'm in the second time of CS with him on the returning way.
In Valencia,Spain, accidentally I joined to a Couch Surfer's meeting at a nice bar. Then I got an offer of a couch with Stefan.
At that time I had difficulties with documents for my motorbike to prepare to travel Africa, and I always was dealing with it, was worried about it. So it made me somewhat sad.
In that situation, Stefan cheers me up, took good care of me. I'm so thankful to his help and hospitality.
Interests
I like walking a lot.
Motorbike is an important part of my life.
I love spending time in nature, watching landscape, trees, animals and fish.
Eating local foods is a big fun, I can try strange foods, like intestine of snake (it was good, honestly!)
I like video games, too. It was my last job, I was a scenario writer for Play Station games.
Now I'm trying to write a book.
Also I like reading books.
If I have company, clubbing is good. I dance good when I got drunk :)
(or Karaoke if we are in Japan, only when I got drunk)
I cook daily, like cooking very much.
I went to one-day cooking school when I was in Thailand, it was really interesting! I want to learn world's dishes as souvenir of experience!
I want to learn Spanish... Spain, especially along the Mediterranean, was so great... want to live there if I can...

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite authors are;
Dostoyevskii, Saint-Exupery, Charles Bukowski and Georges Bataille
...Friedrich Nietzsche, he was a strong drug when I was a teenager...one of the reasons that pushed my back for traveling was his words, Banish yourself from your mother land. (well, something like that. It was Japanese translation. and I was too young to understand it well)
And then...
Of Mice and Men, by Steinbeck, is my personal apocalypse....
Music:
I like Blues, Jazz, Classics, Tango, Techno, Goth, some Metal and world folk musics!
More emotional is better for me :)
(then, ah, Hatsune Miku as well :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got robbed, then given.
It was incredible.
On July.2010, I started motorbike touring from Yokohama,Japan toward Africa.
I ride through all Siberia and Eastern Europe, arrived at Budapest,Hungary. I stayed in a hostel, I parked my moto under the stairs inside the building, the door was locked.
In the morning of the third day, I found nothing under the stairs. I realized that...
Motorbike was stolen, disappeared!
Then, there were lots of blah blah...went to police...Hungarian friends helped me...I got interview from journalists...
Finally, I was on TV news in Hungary.
There were tons of response, it seemed that my case touched Hungarian's heart and pride...
At last, I was offered a replacement motorbike as a donation.
Ah, I was thinking it was just an ordinary crime on private travel, I didn't expected such a big movement.
Anyway, the things had been happened.
I restarted my journey with the new moto with full of thank for the people who helped me.
After few month, I filed to get certain document (Carnet de Passages) for the Hungarian bike. (It was hyper expensive somehow)
So I abandoned lest of my journey to travel whole Africa.
Now, I'm on the way back to Hungary.
I will sell the moto in Budapest, then donate to somebody else, it will be the end of this journey.
