Grew up in Gloucester, MA, child of pipe-organ builders. I was fortunate enough to travel a good deal even before college, where I was involved in theater and chamber choir, majored in religion, minored in math, and studied abroad in Sri Lanka. Since then I've worked around the US, as well as China, Sri Lanka, Scotland, and Korea, where I was designer and production manager for an internationally touring theater company for a few years. After several years living and working in the Washington DC area I have recently moved out to Colorado, where I work at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

Riding in the doorway of a crowded train in Sri Lanka, having to use my reserve parachute, translating between 2 languages I don't speak particularly well in order to get a show up on time...

Learn: languages (all of them, but we can start with the ones I already know a little of), hang- or para-gliding, anything you want/like to teach, really
