ABOUT ME
I would say I'm down to earth, and am a fun loving guy with a sense of humour... If you can stand puns (Im sorry I inherited it from my dad! I enjoy the company of my friends and family, and love a drink or two occaisonally. I don't Smoke.
I'm studying Environmental science, and loving it.
I am Dutch decent, and currently learning the language. The most common response to this (especially from the Dutch themselves is: "Why the hell would you want to learn Dutch?" but ithink i feel connected to "the motherland" in a way.
Have recently travelled all about Europe, And every country I have been to has made me both want to come back and learn the language!
PHILOSOPHY
We can't wait for anyone else to do anything for us... just got to get out and do it ourselves.

Teach, Learn, Share
If you don't read my profile religiously before sending a couch request.... I couldn't honestly care less. The whole idea is that you get to know me when You're here.
People who ask you to put stupid phrases in amongst your requests are in my opinion just attention seekers. I can understand the whole annoyance at copy paste responses, but if you put some effort into that copy paste, a quick glance through the profile to get an idea of the person, and maybe a general comment about something there is enough... i.e. "Hey Kloppers, Your moustached cat Dilly sounds awesome"
I understand that when you are travelling, you want to travel, not mull for hours reading profiles and writing individual requests to people who will most likely be busy anyway.
If you have read all this, Kudos to you, mention the word willies in your message for "shits and giggles"
