Just about to buy an around the world flight - the job has been jacked in and the bank have given me a loan - the rest is all up in the air!

ABOUT ME

I'm Irish (just have to get that in early as my location says England!). I'm a 28 year old (although I have been told on numerous occasions that I don't act my age) teacher who loves reading, travelling and living life to the full - Jeez, that sounds like a really lame soundbite from a dating website! I have just quit my job to travel around the world. I'm leaving on 22nd Sept and my first stop is Asia (again)... Hoping to travel, meet great people and generally have a damn good time. I think I am pretty laid back and I would love to meet with a few fellow travellers to join on my trip. My destinations are fairly flexible and I often find that the people I meet, determine my next port of call.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I signed up some years ago, but never really used the site. I am now hoping to meet and stay with people as I travel around this globe of ours, sharing great experiences on the way. When I get back to 'real life', I intend on ensuring that my house has a spare room for all my fellow surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on a few couches and always met with great hospitality - I've loved every minute of it. I have also met with a few fellow couchsurfing travellers and gone for a few drinks. I have recently started going to some of the Couchsurfing meets and met plenty of like-minded people... This thing is a blast!

Interests
