About Me
I am a baker apprentice at an organic bakery here on the fringe of a village in Northern Bavaria. The bakery is biodynamic certified and is family run. We produce the best organic whole wheat breads through artisanal baking techniques! Come hang out, cook, and learn about bread with us! Around the House there is an old fruit garden and abundant nature all around. We are always excited to host and love to hear

ABOUT ME
I was a travelling farmer who was separated from my homeland at 21. Following romance, I crossed the oceans towards the east and have never managed to return. Currently I am apprenticed to a bakery in Germany.
