About Me

CURRENT MISSION

A meat-eater in a world gone green!

ABOUT ME

Don't take my words here for granted; a person is best described by the people he/she knows and cares about. What I think of myself doesn't cost a thing if I can't back it up with my deeds and words; for deeds and words are what counts, though thoughts are always free.

I am level-minded and I won't miss an opportunity to enjoy a good trip, a nice get-together with new and different people or an adventurous voyage planned out of nothing in the very last moment. In the same time I work 9-5 (though it's the American 9-5); I live on a rent and I don't own much other then a car and a bass guitar. I'd always skip work if I have to go to a concert and I'll always skip a concert if I have to play myself, be it only me who listens. I enjoy nature and hate what we are doing to it. I like silence and love it when time runs by slowly as much as I live fast and loud. Music is my only love; other then this I respect and enjoy all women. Sometimes I show a bad temper when I'm outraged by one's lack of responsibility or by the Bulgarian government. This state never helped my be any means so I try not to think troubles and to smile and make other people smile too.

PHILOSOPHY

The basic principle of understanding life is to never forget that life will kill you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I had great experience with couch-surfers, though I only hosted one girl. I'm eager to host someone, so ... heeeere, surfy, surfy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met some great guys/hosts (see my reference) in the Netherlands; hosted a Dutch girl in return. Can't say I'm that obsessed with Dutch people, so any other nationalities are welcome.

Interests

Anything related to music is interesting for me. I play the bass and can "ring" a chord or two on an electric guitar. I like all kinds of music, show me something new and interesting and you got me. I like reading books, fiction, fantasy, thriller, classics... just name it. Video games are a great source of relief. I am also interested in international politics, Italian football, Japanese cuisine and Eastern countries (for they seem so different than anywhere in Europe).

Music, Movies, and Books

Like most things in my life I like alternative cinema, music and books; Here's a short list, which came in the very moment I'm writing this:

Movies - K-PAX; The Fountain; Black Cat, White Cat.
Music - Rammstein, Red Hot Chilly Peppers; Puya; Kultur Shock; Artery; Any heavy guitars, any hard beats, any sound which has groove and feel.
Books - Micheal Crichton's; Stephen King's; Boukowski's; Pratchett's.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's the little things that make one joyful... Still, I can't skip my trip to the Grand Canyon in the USA; Also, going to the Rock-Am-Ring festival in 2008 was a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

As I've mentioned, I love music; I can teach basic bass and guitar lessons to anyone who likes it; I live in a beautiful and old country, we have great history and gorgeous nature. I'd be glad to show one around.
I like learning new things so as long as you don't bore me with endless girlfriend stories, atom physics or mathematics, I'm eager to hear everything you have to say and learn most you can teach.
