One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is hard to name just one, I will give a few top picks. Hiking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, Cotopaxi in Ecuador, eating at Astrid y Gaston in Lima, Peru which is the #1 restaurant in South America, getting lost on the way to Lesotho and driving for 16 hours on dirt roads, and wine tasting in South Africa.
