About Me

Executive, Traveller, Hiker, Dancer

I love to travel. My biggest passion is travelling the world and experiencing new adventures and cultures. I live for it.

I live in Sydney Australia and most years I have managed to get to travel and go back to work with my heart full and start planning for my next adventure to a new destination.

Sometimes, I find destinations that I just cannot get enough of, and then I have to return there to learn and experience even more.

Some of the countries I have been to are United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Germany.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie: Pay it Forward
- Pay it Forward is an inspirational movie with lots of important lessons to change your entire life. It is repaying good deeds done to us by doing good deeds for others, paying it forward, rather than paying it back.

Music: Nature Music
- Listening to the sounds of nature, like waves crashing or a babbling brook, has been shown to enhance cognitive function and concentration. Nature sounds work best when theyโ€™re soothing sounds, such as flowing water or rainfall.

Book: 10 Minutes to Happiness By Dr. Sandi Mann

- Ten Minutes to Happiness is a therapeutic self-help programme based on a six-step formula designed to lift your mood and improve your mental health.

- By spending just 10 minutes completing your happiness journal each day, you will build up a record of your experiences in six simple areas:
* Pleasure: Things that were enjoyed that day
* Positive Strokes: Praise or feedback received during the day
* Lucky Me: Good fortune you encountered that day
* Achievements: Reasons to say 'well done me', however small
* Gratitude: Blessings to be counted
* Random Acts of Kindness: Kind acts you have performed that day

One Amazing Thing Iโ€™ve Done

Swimming in Minnamurra Falls which an impressive two-tiered waterfall nestled deep in a serene rain forest just a few minutes inland from Kiama NSW, Australia.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach Latin dance.
- Dance has several cardiovascular benefits and is said to burn more calories than swimming, biking, and other high-intensity activities. Dance also adds muscle tonality to the legs and core.

Learn other languages and cultures.
- Learning other languages has a huge positive effect on your body and mind. A group of Swedish scientists did an MRI study which showed that certain parts of the brain were bigger in people who had learnt a foreign language.

Share laughter and positivity.
- Laughter is strong medicine. It draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress.

What I Can Share with Hosts
