ABOUT ME

My fiance, Justin and I live in Charleston, SC more specifically West Ashley. Justin is a biologist for South Carolina and also is a film maker. I am an artist working mainly in fiber. Both of us try to lead a creative and productive lifestyle. We try to travel as much as possible with our last trip being in Spain and France where we couchsurfed for the first time. Couchsurfing really made the trip. We went places and met people that we never would have met if we had stayed in a hotel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I know what a pain it is to travel to a city where you don't know anyone and can't afford a hotel so I want to offer my southern hospitality.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My boyfriend and I just got back from a month long trip to Europe. We were in Barcelona for a week and then spent three weeks in France. We couch surfed in Aix-en-Provence, Nice, and Paris. It was our first time surfing and it was an awesome experience. It is definitely the best and funnest way to travel. Meeting local people made a real impact on our trip.
