ABOUT ME

I enjoy traveling (shocker, right?) and while I'm at home I think a fun way to 'travel' is to have other travelers visit me as part of their journey. Anything weird, wacky, or just different from home is interesting to me... thats what I'm here for! I like to try new things and have fun. I find a learning experience in even the worst situations, so this makes me a very easy-going adventurous person. I love meeting new people and sharing experiences with them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a great time CouchSurfing while I studied in Europe for a year. Now I am looking forward to returning the favor!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Relatively new to CS. Like every other newbie, I've heard great things about it from friends and I'm eager (yet cautious) to try it out.

I was born with an intense spirit of exploration! My life-long goal is to be an astronaut and set foot on Mars. In the meantime, I enjoy outdoor activities and adventure sports such as hiking, fishing, scuba diving, flying and anything I haven't tried yet. 'Outdoorsy' is really a good word for it. At night, well I'm always up for bars/pubs/clubs or just relaxing and getting to know a new friend :) I also like to learn how to cook culturally diverse dishes. If you know how to make something other than cheesburgers or hotdogs then I'd like to hear about it! Of course I love to travel!

Favorite movies: 'Rudy' and 'Contact'

I played football in highschool but was the smallest guy on the team, they nicknamed me Rudy, its a great movie about dreams and perseverance. Contact is a science fiction movie about space. Its cool.
