HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i'm relatively new to the website, but have hosted many travelers and musicians in my time. i'm very open with my home / food / stuff / Netflix subscription. i don't currently have an address of my own, but i look forward to hosting again when i'm done traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've been a bit of a wanderer my entire life. my family moved around a lot when i was young, and i developed a penchant for new experiences. i even couchsurfed for 8 months in Los Angeles, just to figure out if i wanted to live there long term (spoiler: i don't)

i love playing music. and storytelling. and dancing. and karaoke. i also love to sleep. and have quiet, late-night philosophical conversations about the meaning of everything over tea.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i happened to be in Ethiopia during the Ethiopian Orthodox Easter celebration. the EO pope was there to address a throng of hundreds of thousands of people. and i was lucky enough to have a big video camera on my shoulder, so the military that was guarding the pope allowed me to pass and walk up within 15 feet of him. it was an incredible experience.
