Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Locals know best where to find the hidden gems of a city and the best foods. I enjoy touristy things but also want to get to know a place from a local and authentic perspective. I love Couchsurfing as it provides a community of like-minded and open people. I like the idea of cultural exchange and think there's nothing better than meeting people from all branches of life.

I love going on adventures and trying new things. I'm a foodie and always want to try local or unique foods! When I travel, I try to eat as much as possible, find an amazing view over the location and visit a cat cafe /ᐠ. ᴗ.ᐟ\

Moved to California all by myself, worked in the startup world of the Silicon Valley and later in the entertainment industry of Los Angeles – Finding all the cliche things to do :D Actually... I don't know how "amazing" this is... But I can't think of anything better :P
