Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting new people from different countries, hosting them or being hosted when I'm travelling, sharing a meal/drink/story, taking a local's path through a strange city or exploring my own town as a tourist.
Due to my current living arrangements I'm not able to host at the time, but I had opened my home to many wonderful people back in 2012-20013. I have also been hosted by an even bigger number of people many of whom remained good friends, time gone by and distance notwithstaning.
My biggest input into Couchsurfing is organizing CS vilnius Weekly Meetings, so if you're here on a Friday night make sure to drop by!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For the life of me I cannot remember any grand or life-changing experiences. It's the little things that count: sunrise in the desert near Jaisalmer in India, Christmas-y Lithuanian song playing on my friend's laptop on the 27th on December whilst waking up in the beach hut in Goa, drinking sangria outside during a summer rain and not giving a damn.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Lithuanian or about Lithuania in general. I can share travel stories from India which still is by far the longest travel I have been on (lived there for eight months, travelled for the better part of my stay there). I want to learn all about the country, its culture and people that I am visiting or hosting.
