ABOUT ME

well...hard to describe myself in just a few lines..as my mum says: i'm a volcano!, simply full of life, joy and curiousity for anything the world is gonna put in my way. never too tired to go out dancing, to walk a little bit further on my way, never to upset to stop smiling. i believe people are good and i want to share my optimism with the people surrounding me. i respect any form of life (even if mosquitos really bother me), animals (possums, penguins, spiders,snakes..), people or plants. i love good food, good drink, good and deep conversation, good music.

PHILOSOPHY

definitely CARPE DIEM, not as a way of not planning and avoiding responsibility but as a way of coping with problems and good moments in your life...think about everything seriously but then be ready to follow your instinct and have fun. life is one and only...you can't renounce to the best things just cause you feel upset or you haven't found the job you like yet. BE ACTIVE!not passive towards life and it will smile to you. i love LOVE and positivity towards the others.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i've heard about it by French and Aussie friends and i've immediately understood this was the project for me, since i love sharing experience and interests with new friends, i'm very open-minded and always ready to adapt to any kind of situation, so couch-sharing is perfect for me! when i come back to Italy, i'll be ready to host people as well and show you the beauties of my home country or of the european countries in the nearbyes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've met together w my friends some couch-surfers on my way around australia and i've found some of the best people ever, that i'll always remember as friends rather than just hosts. at first i was amazed at this organization, but now i'm just in love w it and i'll spread out this culture all over the world and keep it my heart!

Interests

Languages (i speak 6 of them), i love chatting (from deep conversation to small talk and gossip), listening to music, moving my body with the music, reading (novels), arts (museums, churches, new architecture, graffiti,...),travelling around the world, dancing at clubs or drumming, sports (i've done fit-boxing, swimming, snorkelling, spinning, trekking, climbing,...), eating (i love any kind of food, from my beloved pizza to thai food), animals, nature, festivals, concerts,...

Music, Movies, and Books

i love the three of them...i could say the ones i really enjoyed:
movies: all Tarantino's movies, he's simply a genius. my favourite ones are Fight Club and Kill Bill Vol.1 which is absolutely my favourite film ever, but Pulp Fiction is amazing,too. I loved The Hours, A good year,...
Music: i love any kind of music, from trance dance, techno to Enya and ethnic music, rock, metal and ska. ones of my favourite artists are Guns'n'roses, Ska-P, Manu Chao, NOFX, AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen, Enya, Goran Bregovich (Serbian fantastic singer...must listen!), Mikis Theodorakis, Juli (German group), White Stripes, Limp Biskit, Puddle of Mudd, Nirvana, SOD, RHCP (first amazing concert of my life!), Elisa, Midnight Oil,...any kind of music which makes me feel the rhythm in my veins
Books: I adore classic novels, like Russian writers and English novelists, books about travel adventures and pshycologic ones

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i can't decide between two amazing things i've lived here in australia:
1) CONFEST, Moulamein, 2000 people in the middle of the forest, bare foot, mother naked, sharing all their love and their knowledge. just the best experience of my life so far
2) CORAL BAY, a tiny little village of 200 people, manta rays, sharks, whale sharks, tropical fish, quad bikes, big nights every night, awesome vibe and beautiful people...impossibile to render w words!

Teach, Learn, Share

i can definitely teach you languages, something about arts and literature, i love swimming, diving, climbing, roller-skating so i can do any of these things w you!
i'm ready to learn anything new, from a cooking recipe, to a new language, a new skill (i'm trying to learn how to play didjiridoo and fire games), martial arts (i learnt some aikido and some self-defence),...
Ready to share everything!! any emotion, experience, moment of joy or despair...i'm a good listener, even if i talk a lot, and i always think a lot about the advice i give back
