flexitarian - very fussy about the meat i eat, must basically be hormone free Namibian type stuff. no "free range" !

lately i've developed an obsession with climbing difficult rock faces ...

broke my right arm on a snowboarding stunt but it's healing nicely :-)

PHILOSOPHY

my life has been a bit crazy... it has been one long holiday for 25 years, now i am working to make money but don't ask why, i guess i'm saving up for something big
i have seen the light i am studying full time again in 2011.

Stellenbosch is a special place in South Africa surrounded my mountains and has everything to offer for the outdoor enthusiast... I really enjoy meeting new people, showing them around and assisting them to have a great stay in this special town.

looked down into an active volcano to hear,see,smell and almost feel lava spurting out
sailed around Central America / the Caribbean
played records to a crowd of stomping crazy dancers :)

lately i've been learning the most amazing things from the living book of nature. generally i follow the descartesian method of using my rational mind to understand nature but occasionally i have experiences such as shared dreams, precognition and hallucination which i find difficult to explain using my training as a scientist
