About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to save the world, but failing that learn a lot of languages.
ABOUT ME
American born in England who wants to be Belgian living in England again and attending a Canadian university.
If I could answer every question with a quote, I would.
I learn words and phrases and fragmented sentences in other languages and pretend to be multilingual.
PHILOSOPHY
Tim Robbins said it best:
“Long live democracy, free speech and the ‘69 Mets - all improbable, glorious miracles that I have always believed in.”

Music, Movies, and Books
I am in love with F. Scott Fitzgerald's work despite a lot of problems in it. I am fond of any book on folklore or fairy tales and collections thereof. I like John Green books and John Hughes movies. Also anything by Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov's I, Robot, and Winter Tale by Mark Helprin (which I still haven't finished because, for all the beauty of the writing, it is very intimidating).
I like pretty much any genre of music but I really love Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm good at photography? I'd really like my Spanish to get better and to pick up other languages.
