Hello everyone I'm from Nijmegen, a student city in the east of the Netherlands. At my 19th I went to Australia for an internship with a stopover in Bangkok. I never forget the adrenaline and happiness I felt when walking through the city on my own. That sense if freedom was great.

I moved to Nijmegen at the age of 22 and I didn't know a single person there. I joined a couchsurfing meeting and got to know some of my best friends. An Indian, a Kiwi, a Swiss and an Italian.

I love sports like running, cycling, dancing and most of the other sports as well. I really like the nightlife so if you are in for a drink I'm eager to show you around and have fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During my internship of 6 months in a hostel located at the east coast of Australia, I've met many new people. It was so easy to meet new people it was just great. Recently I've made 5 citytrips in a half a year to Berlin, Paris, Rome, Prague and Barcelona. In Paris and Rome I stayed in a hostel. I was so excited to meet people with a travelers mindset again. I will definitely keep doing these trips trough Europe. To stay in contact with explorers like you and to reach out for people on a low budget I decided to host on couchsurfing.
