About Me
Traveling at the moment, can't host!
I'm the type that loves adventures and challenges. Life is too short to do things you don't like, in my opinion ! I try to be friendly and helpful to others, the way I like to be treated too. In the end life is all about receiving and giving back!
I'm always up for it to try new things, I love impulsive decision making and not knowing what will happen in a few hours or days. On the other hand I also love to plan my trips and life carefully. I guess it all depends on my mood... I like to be lazy too sometimes though, sometimes even too much!
I'm trying to figure out at this point how I want my life to take shape, combing traveling and a sustainable way of living together with contributing something to make the world a better place (that's some deep shit, I know!)
When I'm not on the road traveling I'm mostly making plans or dreaming about far destinations.
PHILOSOPHY
I still haven't quite figured out what I truly stand for, but at the moment I'm vegan, thinking a lot about sustainability, animal rights, and alternative ways of living.
Always open for new experiences, opinions and cultures, but also the first one to question an opinion in a critical way. I'm always figuring out ways to keep my life from getting boring, not easy all the time!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would rather host via BeWelcome for obvious reasons. If you can, contact me there! ;)

Interests
The attention I give to my interestes changes a lot, even from day to day, but in general I like: Running, the outdoors (hiking & climbing & orienteering), hitchhiking, photography, art, politics, (live) music, geography, sociology, veganism, dumpster-diving, anarchism, wild camping, sustainability, environment, and much more I can't come up with right now!
I'm really into hitchhiking, I see it as my primary way of transport and besides that as a nice adventure and possibility to meet lots of different and interesting persons.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading books, but somehow I never make time for it... Mostly reading non-fiction books about society, psychology or politics. Other than that I'm trying to get through a list of classic fiction...
Some bands I listen to a lot and that inspire me are Rise Against, Bad Religion, Strike Anywhere, Propagandhi, Ignite and Refused. I mostly listen to punk/hardcore music, absolutely love it and for me it's very closely connected to the values I find important. If I hear some catchy pop music I'll have my guilty pleasure and enjoy that too though ;)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too much but still too little!
Teach, Learn, Share
Could teach you something vegan recipes, how to properly read and understand a map (and other navigational techniques+outdoor skills), hitchhiking, wild camping and a little bit about dumpster-diving.
I would love to learn some more languages and some vegan recipes. Recently I got into picking wild fruits/mushrooms/whatever, so it would be cool to learn some more about that.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hitchhiking stories, vegan cooking, finding food for free, how to never get lost again when you have a map on you ;)
