An outgoing person enjoying life to the max. I very much enjoy travelling and have seen quite some parts of the world already. I get the most energy from people that are from cultures other than mine. It is great to learn from them. Plus I noticed that cultures outside NL are way more geared towards enjoying life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only experienced CouchSurfing one time in Luton near London, UK. Of course I was a bit nervous for this first time. But in one word: great!!! I had such a great experience and my host introduced me to friends and some other CouchSurfers.

I want to offer other travellers a great experience in my country and the city I live in. So that is why I offer to host every now and then. Feel free to reach out when you are travelling to or through The Netherlands. Perhaps I can help you out with a place to stay or maybe we can just meet up.

Interests

My biggest passion are cars. From childhood activities like playing with cars to the more adult approach like working for a car manufacturer.

Love to do some running out in the open (not with the cold right now though ;)). And to play tennis as well. Although I do need to catch up on this sports.

I have a nack for everything related to sustainability and especially sustainable business. How do we make our world a better place for future generations? And what role do companies have in that respect? I am curious for your opinion on these topics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climb Huangshan Mountain in China, spent the night there and wake up at 4am to watch the sunrise and see those beautiful mountains in the clouds.
