I studied architecture at the Delft University of Technology and love to travel.
The more I travel, the more I value experiences and the less I care about being able to tell people I visited yet another country.

I now know you don't have to travel far or even outside of your country to experience amazing things.

Because being in a hotel does not let me experience a city or country as much as being with a local/native. I'm not trying to save money, I'm trying to get to know people and places better through Couchsurfing.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Walking near Stavanger in Norway was absolutely beautiful. We climbed the 'Preikestolen' and lay down on top of the 700m vertical cliff looking down into a very beautiful fjord.

Sleeping in a 'jurt' in Inner Mongolia (China) and waking up to see 20KM of grassy hills all around you with a spotless blue sky. And afterwards going to watch some mongolian horse riding and wrestling!
