About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Hoping to host a bunch of interesting people together with my amazing girlfriend Nikola who I fell in love with while she and her best friends couchsurfed at my house in Belgium.
Travel as much as we can (with 30ish holidays it's unfortunately rather limited).
To excel in my new job as a recruitment consultant and most importantly enjoy it. Learn 10 languages before I turn 45 and travel the world.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in Grimbergen, a beautiful little community in Flanders. I enjoyed la dolce vita for one year as an Erasmus student in Parma, Italy. I love being impulsive, not think too much and just do it. I can't live without doing sports. I love meeting people from all over the world and seeing their country through their eyes. Haven't travelled that much yet, but i'm working on that right now :)
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life, you only have one!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Trying to host and surf whenever I can.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed two days on the couch of Sofia Palma, an awesome Portuguese girl!
Couchsurfing NYE party (hosted by Eugenia) and Pillow fight in Milan.
Hosting Marco at my place in Parma. Hosted several surfers from the US, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Czech Republic and Slovakia in Belgium. Fell in love with 4 couchsurfers from Czech Republic while they stayed at my place in Belgium for a week, one of them even got me to move countries just to be closer to her.
Hoping to have a lot more CS experiences in the next few years.
Interests
Having fun with friends, Listening to good music and going to festivals, Boxing, sitting around a campfire and singing (horribly off-key), enjoying a good beer, cooking, and most of all hitchhiking; you meet so many awesome people and see places you never would if you're traveling by bus or train.
