About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To step out of my comfort zone and live life to the fullest.
ABOUT ME
I was born in Tokyo, raised in Hokkaido, grew up in Singapore, now living in Sydney. I'm a Japorearalian, if you know what I mean.
I worked as (in chronological order) - a breakdance instructor, a dish washer, a hotel clerk, a club promotor, a club organiser, a movie extra, a stuntman, an actor, a model, a marketing assistant, a sales rep, a demand management rep, and most recently a business partner manager at Google Australia.
I'm quitting this year to go volunteering/travelling for about a year across Asia and South America, and would be grateful to have the opportunity to meet the locals of the many cities I will be visiting.

PHILOSOPHY
I live to eat, and do things to feel. I like the term yolo, but I don't agree. We live everyday and what matters is how you spend each day, so make the most of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm very new to couch surfing, so I don't have much stuff to show how I've participated, but I'm a 100% keen to host/be hosted wherever possible.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been moving around living overseas for the past 15 years, and have experience hosting (unofficially) friends and families, friend's friends, pets, and one time a random traveller that I met at a bar. I myself is an international existence, and I feel great meeting people from all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
14 days Liveaboard Scuba Diving Trip across Komodo / Florence Indonesia. Seeing more fishes than humans everyday and knowing how small and vulnerable we are in the big ocean was a humbling experience, a reminder that planet earth is home to everyone, and we are all connected in one way or another and we must respect that.

Teach, Learn, Share
2014 was the year when I decided to quit and go travelling. Not just for the sake of travelling but to polish up a part of me that I know isn't right; The excuse of not doing something. Usually related to money.
For example "I can't do this because I don't have the money" .
With this mindset I won't be able to do anything even if I do have the money. What matters most is not the money, nor the destination of the trip, and instead the process and the journey that you go through to get there.
I believe that if I take more care and put more meanings to the simplest things in life, I will come out a better man.
