Im happy to put people up in my apartment, dont have much time for travelling myself nowdays. Always happy to host a journeyman - or woman.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

New to this community, but I've spent time with enough random people before to know that I'll fit in fine with this scheme.

Interests

Walking, Hiking, Mountaineering, Distance-Running, anything active. I am a connoisseur of traditional ales and single malts. I've been known to do some painting. Play guitar, Bodrahn and sing shanties. Relax in the evening over a beer and a game of poker. If i'm in the city, find me at gigs or rock clubs. Oh, Love cooking too. yum yum.

Music: Folk or Tradional. Metal - thrash, black, doom, folk, pagan, pirate, power. Also Stoner and white noise when the time is right.
Books: Factual, maps, science, philosophy.
Movies: Horror and gore. Fantasy. Oriental.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'd say completing my first marathon was a powerful moment.
