About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world and share my experience with others~

ABOUT ME

I am a final year student in the Chinese University of Hong Kong for Economics, and I will properly study Master program in Economics in the coming year.
So, I would like to use the time before the next school year to travel.
I've decided to go to the Netherlands for a month between mid-May and mid-June. And this is my 2nd time to have backpacking.(1st time in China for 25Days)
All my friends said it is crazy to go to Netherlands for a month. "Why not go to other countries together, like Belgium, Germany or even France?" well, I would say, it is because Holland is the only country that I want to go now, and I just have enough time to read/know/understand the materials for the Netherlands. I do not want to just go to a country, take some stupid photos to show that I've been there.(sorry for saying that mean, I may hurt someone, but I don't have any bad intention) That is not what I want from traveling.
On the other hand, I am a museum lover as well as a nature lover, I think Holland is one of the best place that can satisfy my wants. So, I do not want to rush to everywhere. What I want is to stay more time in those museums and the lovely country sites in the Netherlands. Also, of course, to communicate with more people.

PHILOSOPHY

Philosophy? I do not know much about it. But I have something called core value in my life, which is "free to choose", I think it is mostly come from Friedrich Hayek.
We should let others to have the right to choose what they want to do freely.(of course it is under some restriction that is not to affect/hurt others) Don't trying to ADD something on others, and respect other's will.
I believe it's a little thought, but it can keep the world in peace.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new and do not have any exp now, but soon I will renew this Box.
What's more is that, I feel sorry to all people in CS who want to visit Hong Kong, as HK people "earn a lot of surplus" over the world in this meaningful plan. But we seldom have chance to host others.
It's the fact that we cannot deny but the true is that
flats in HK is very crowd for most family (usually 500ft2 for 4 people, and I've to sleep in sofa-bed in home) and we work long(9-5,6.5days per week).
These make us cannot return others easily. But I believe that for those who are available to host other would do it. and I am ready to have a drink, show you around HK.
