ABOUT ME

After some years of ordinary work for other, this is a strange part of my life...in a sort of lazy mood, I spend almost all my time for trying to improve myself as a human. Doesn't matter if is by practicing Aikido, meditation, a trail run in the woods, reading a book...it's just about creating day by day a better version of me. Work, it's became just a mere livelihood during the path.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Honestly, I'm still waiting for my first CS guest. But I've still hosted many people in my house outside the CS system. Most of them people that I've known directly on the tatami during my Aikido seminars and that are looking for a place to stay. For me it's nice to know that maybe one day I will pass by their cities and stay with them. Doesn't matter if they don't have a couch for me, also just the idea that they can share with me some spare time and a cup of tea pays me back with the idea of have create a new connection in this world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Running in the woods during a snow storm on a unknown trail with the sunset on the background...feeling the freedom that you can perceive when you don't have control of conditions by exploring what exist only outside of your comfort zone.

I run a small Dojo where I teach (big word) Aikido. I actively participate to the activities of a Yoga meditation course in Arezzo.
