I thought I would feel more like an adult by 35, but I’m happy to report the spirit of the kiddo is alive and well.

I’m a passionate, over-educated, under-employed gregarious guy with a love for this planet. My favorite place in the world is in the jungles and tropical rainforests and my favorite colors are the greens found within them.

I graduated medical school and completed one year of Family Medicine (GP) training before taking a leave and traveling Latin America extensively. After money ran short I worked a summer sales job and earned enough to travel the rest of the year on a backpackers budget.

So here I am solo traveling across SE Asia living my life to the fullest and looking for other humans to share with on this journey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

•Paragliding Switzerland
•Hitchhiking Hamburg to Brussels
•Visited every continental state/province/estado in North America (Canada/USA/Mexico).
•Camel and 4X4 across the Sahara Desert
•5 days hiking into the deep northern jungle of Peten, Guatemala to El Mirador
•Drove hundreds of miles over an Ice Road in Northwest Territories ultimately over the frozen Arctic Ocean to Tuktoyuktuk and saw the brightest green, red, purple, and white northern lights flash across the sky
•Shared Ayahuasca with a real shaman in the Ecuadorian Amazon
•Slept on a hammock on a river barge through the Amazon Jungle to Manaus, Brazil for 5 nights
