Couple of things about me, a few words... well-well,

Currently I'm doing my master program in biology field at Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University. Also I'm spending a lot of time in music. I'm playing the guitar, singing and also working in one of the Ukrainian bands called FIOLET as a stageman. Besides this I'm writing articles for Ukrainian online-magazine "Територія" (Terytoriya). In my free time I like to read books, discover new music, explore previosly unknown places (read - to travel).

I'm calm, reliable, self-organized, open-minded.
I have no need in comfort. Shower and sleeping place is all I need while I travel.

Well, we are all here because we like to travel, explore new places, meet new people. From my perspective and life experience the best way to understand country or city you've never been before is to spend some time there with local people. That's where magic starts. They will show you best coffee places, tell stories about childhood on these streets, show not touristic places (which i usually like to ignore), recomend best beer or whatever else...

I'm REALLY into music. Here's couple of my favorites: Radiohead, The Beatles, Ben Howard, Frank Ocean, James Blake, Kendrik Lamar, Nicolas Jaar, Moderat, Nick Murphy, Darkside, KIng Krule, Bon Iver, Jamie XX, John Mayer, Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J, Sampha, Floating Points, Burial, Daniel Caesar, Four Tet, Rage Agains The Machine, Foo Fighters and etcetera etcetera etcetera :)

I love spending time with books. My favorite writers are J. D. Salinger (especially his collection of short stories called "Nine Stories"), Kurt Vonnegut, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Henry Miller.

I like movies directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and David Fincher, especially "21 Grams", "Seven", "Fight Club". I've been obsessed with films when I was at hign school, but at the present time it's too much time and concentretion for me to watch movie, so I'm avoiding them

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I came to USA without knowing where to stay, where to go... and same day I arrived I spend a night on a bus station in Atlanta with hundreds of strangers, talking about strange things. That was a moment when I understood that being out of comfor zone is the best drug.

And, by the way, things in USA turned pretty cool for me. So sometime having no plans is the best plan!
