About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live everyday to the absolute fullest and help others do the same!
ABOUT ME
I love being outside and I love to create, whether I'm in the dark room, painting, or just making something for fun with friends. I love to cook, read, nap!, music (I'll listen, don't ask me to play for your own sake), be with family and friends, meet new people, and experience experience experience and live life.
PHILOSOPHY
If you want to be happy, be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have not yet gotten the chance to surf, but I have been hosting since December '09. I love the whole idea of couchsurfing. Not only have I been able to help so many people out, BUT I have gotten to meet some of the coolest people that I would have never otherwise. You open your home and the world becomes smaller one surfer at a time. I think it's a humbling experience that reminds us of the value of community, compassion, and humanity. You take time from your regular routine, even if you are wrapped up in something and it might not seem like the best time, and are immediately reminded of the just straight, pure gritty goodness that comes with new experiences.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have so many couchsurfers that I still keep in touch with, and probably will for longer than other friends I have met. So many awesome experiences that I would never trade!
Interests
any and everything that is good for the soul.... there's always room to learn, grow, and experience more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been lucky enough to have travelled to some beautiful places. Whether is was starring up at a snow covered mountain in Wyoming, across the ocean in Mexico at night, hanging my feet off a cliff in California, or walking the city in Belgium, they have all be beautiful and amazing, but i think it's the people you meet along the way that change you the most. And awesome enough, a lot of them have come from not traveling at all and just hosting.
