About Me

I am an American Student currently studying abroad in Shanghai. I love traveling, which I'm sure is what everyone says on here. I am a big foodie and also an amateur photographer. My favorite foods are sushi, steak, and pasta and I love to cook. I love the outdoors and frequently go hiking and camping in the US.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing to travel the world. I want to meet new people and see the places they call home. I think the best way to learn about the places you travel is to talk with the locals, and if you can live with them for a day or two, that can only help!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked the entire length (and back) of Cumberland island off the coast of Georgia in one day (36 Miles). We had only 6 slices of bread, 1/3 a jar each of peanut butter and jelly, 4 bottles of water, 2 packets of tuna and a pack of skittles. and on the way we almost got killed by wild horses (which I didn't realize still existed until I got to the island
