Hei or Hej or Hey

I am Konrad and currently doing an Erasmus Semester in Joensuu/Fi. I thought this to be a good time to start couch surfing and I look forward to host and travel. To meet new people and to get into conversation about our lives.
I am originally from Berlin and study History and Philosophy for Teaching in Greifswald/Germany.

Although I like my everyday life every once in a while I long for traveling and adventures, for departing into an unknown world to discover new and old things. Traveling alone or with friends it is often not so easy for me to connect with strangers because I do not want to intrude them in their everyday life’s. So I thought maybe Couchsurfing would be a great opportunity because here I already know I am allowed to ask my questions and a connection may be wanted from both sides ;)

I once was traveling with a friend by train to Vienna. In our compartment sat a young man but the three of us didn’t start a conversation. When I returned from Vienna the next week, the same young man was sitting in my train. I knocked on his door and we had a short chat about the coincidence and our destinations.
