Hey Couchsurfers,

i am Ruben (21) and study Industrial Design Engineering in Enschede, Netherlands. I am born in Germany but moved to the Netherlands to study at the University 2 years ago. This summer in my semester break I challenge myself to travel from Cologne to Basel along the Rhine by bike. On my journey I am looking forward to meet new people and to see new places.

I love to make music, particularly together as a duo and with other people. I have been playing the violin for over 15 years and like to play in different groups guitar.

Besides my passion for music I am a member of the student climbing association and like to go dancing. I recently started a salsa course with a friend.

Personally I would describe myself as a very uncomplicated easy going guest who is interested in many different things. I like to meet new people and hang out but also like to see the cultural sides of the places I am traveling to. Also I like to challenge myself to learn and see new stuff al the time.
