Overview
About Me
I grew up in the German countryside but lived in different cities across the world. Right now I am studying in Regensburg, Germany. I am usually more quiet in the beginning and then become talkative after a while. I am a relaxed person and to stress me out it takes a lot or songs by Rihanna. I am also spontaneous, like good food and spend most of my time with friends. But sometimes it’s also nice to be alone. And while trying to write something witty and catchy about myself I realized that I’m the opposite of that.
One thing I learned about myself is that my standards of a good life seem to be very low. No washing machine, running water and a toilet outside of the apartment? No problem. The same food every day? Yes please. As long as I have a bed and food, I can convince myself that it is enough.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I realized that I do not really care where I live but instead I care a lot about the people I have around me. I was and still am lucky to meet a lot of unique and interesting people. With cs I hope that I can get to know even more people and their stories.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Streetlight Manifesto, Dota Kehr, Arcade Fire's "The Suburbs", Clara Luzia, Milliarden, Jethro Tull, ...
Books: Matt Haig's "The Humans". I have not read a book twice. I have read The Humans at least six times.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did not die when a stray dog ran towards me and barked, which was a pretty good experience for my little fear of big dogs.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a slightly exaggerated story about how I saved the world from monsters (twice).
